Event Coordinator Sale Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Event sale and coordination assistant to help organize excellent events. You will be responsible to help customers in there rental and event needs, follow customer on daily basis, assist us in every aspect of the event, must be well-organized and competent. Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. Add a shot of enthusiasm and passion for the job and you’ll be our ideal candidate. The goal is to organize unforgettable events that will ensure the entertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of business objectives.

Skills Responsibilities

• Valid driver's license

• US Citizen, Legal Resident or Work Permit in the USA

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years sales experience.

• Be enthusiastic and passionate about sale and customer service.

• Have reliable transportation.

• Be available on the weekends and most holidays

• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time

• Problem-solving ability

• Able to handle stress and remain calm

• Sales and Customer service experience, actively develop new sales leads

Correspond with clients to confirm reservations, to initiate prompt payment and/or to make special arrangements as requested or required; communicate those needs with management.

Receive and/or process payments, issue receipts, prepare other documentation as needed.

Availability to work a flexible schedule including most weekends during wedding and holiday season.

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), Fluency in MS, Office Suite, including Publisher and PowerPoint, English fluency is required. Second language is appreciated.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, and partnerships with outside vendors/contractors/associations.

• Considerable ability to deal courteously and effectively with the public and special interest groups, and to provide a strong, positive public relations program

• Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.

Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain driver's license with safe driving record.

• Availability to work holidays and weekends.

• High School Diploma/GED Preferred

• Help evaluate event’s success and submit reports
